Controlling america's power grids, air traffic control systems and possibly power plants are getting a new protective shield called perfect citizen. it's already controversial, because the national security agency, the eavesdropping arm of national intelligence is involved in it and much of it is classified. the nsa didn't give us much detail on how the program will work, neither did ray theon. i spoke with jim lewis at the center for strategic and international studies. lewis has been in contact with people who know about the cyber shield project. >> what do we know about this perfect citizen...
