A herd of elephants migrating for unknown reasons in southwest China, traveled 12.2 kilometers (7.5 miles) southwest and entered into woodland near Yuxi City in Yunnan province between July 3 and 4, authorities said.

中選會日前宣布，828四大公投延期，但台灣基進立委陳柏惟罷免案投票是否延期，將在7月16日開會討論，此舉引發立法院國民黨團不滿「公投延期、罷免卻照辦」，並於今天 (5日) 前往中選會拜會李進勇，要求「給個說法」。對此，立法院民進黨團副幹事長黃世杰表示，疫情每天變化，呼籲各方應該給中選會最大決策空間，「我們不認為直接去踢館、下指導棋作法是可取的，應該要讓事實證據說話、讓他們有獨立審議空間」。
民進黨團今天召開「政治角力放一邊，專心防疫擺優先」線上記者會，與會者包括民進黨團書記長羅致政、民進黨團幹事長劉世芳、民進黨團副幹事長黃世杰、民進黨立委鄭運鵬等人。
