Earlier, due to incessant rain, the train operation was stopped because of ladsliding, felling of tree at 135 places. Around 100 of such places are between Kalka and Solan and 35 are between Solan and Shimla.
As many as 22 people have died in flash floods and landslides in the state of Himachal Pradesh. At least 743 roads have been blocked due to unprecedented rainfall.
