Malaysia's shipowner MISC has ordered and chartered out, via its petroleum arm AET, 'the world’s first' two ammonia dual-fuel Aframaxes.
The shipbuilding company has won a slew of orders in the past three months, giving it a bandwidth to grow at a much faster rate in the future.
The nature of the order involves a comprehensive process of designing, building, and delivering these advanced vessels upon completion, Mazagon Dock said. The first vessel delivery is scheduled for 27 months after the effectiveness of the contract
