The boss of C Smith and Son Plumbing in Norwich has been targeted by thieves so many times that he is "used to" his equipment and materials being stolen.
She also admitted being in breach of a suspended sentence order.
Gavin Cowe, defending, said that Rawlinson was very sorry for causing any injury and immediately after her arrest had said that she was sorry.
He said; She just panicked.
Mr Cowe said that it did not cause any serious injury and said there had been a financial motive behind the theft.
He said that since the offence, Rawlinson had made a great deal of progress and had moved away from Norfolk.
He said that Rawlinson had a problem with drug dependency but had made efforts to come off drugs.

A vulnerable man who had been reported missing in Norwich has been found safe and well.
Michael Crowe had been reported missing after leaving his home in Shorncliffe Avenue in Mile Cross at about 7pm on Tuesday, May 11.
Concerned officers at Norfolk police issued an appeal to the public help find the 69-year-old. who was considered as vulnerable due to his medical conditions.
And Mr Crowe was spotted by an off-duty police officer at just before midnight.
He was found, safe and well, in White Woman Lane in Old Catton.
