"The biggest change I've seen has just been in the public perception of cannabis," said Nathaniel "Nat" Williams, the dispensary manager at Ceres Collaborative in Burlington.
"We want the kids to come out and to learn practical ways that they can help improve our environment and take that forward with them."
"It's really tough to look at someone and say, 'I can only give you a box of food for a month,'" said one volunteer.
