ANDOVER — No criminal charges will be filed against the driver of a truck involved in the tragic death of a five-year-old, who was struck and killed by a tractor
The driver of a tractor-trailer who was involved in a crash in Andover back in May that left a young girl dead won’t face criminal charges, investigators announced Friday.
The DA's office said the investigation into the fatal crash was "thorough and detailed" and included video from inside the tractor-trailer, toxicology screes of the driver, a mechanical inspection of the tractor-trailer and multiple witness interviews.
The truck driver who struck and killed 5-year-old Sidney Olson in Andover back in May will not face criminal charges.
