Whittaker Road David Chilvers said: "We have regular danger on the pavement from electric scooters coming down Haymill Rod & turning left into Whittaker at speed. "I have seen one scooter with an adult rider with a young child (age about 4 yrs) standing in front. No helmets for either rider or passenger. Rather dangerous."
