A new technology called SILK has been unveiled in New Delhi, India, which allows people with myopia to achieve clear vision without glasses or lenses. The procedure, which involves the creation and removal of a tiny lens within the cornea, was launched at the annual conference of the Intraocular Implant & Refractive Society of India.
