The fund raises money through community and corporation donations, to help small businesses recover from the financial impact of the coronavirus pandemic. The latest check for $3,000 was presented Thursday to Irwin’s Fine Food, located on Genesee Street in Utica. The restaurant will get $1,000 payments each month over the next three months, sponsored by First Source Federal Credit Union.
