Newtown woman smashed car window and used cards in shop
Bank cards and a drivers' licence were stolen by a Newtown woman who smashed the window of her friend's car. Melissa Mansfield, 37, admitted theft from a motor vehicle, criminal damage and fraud by false representation when she appeared via videolink at Welshpool Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, May 25.
