The Lines Company appoints two new directors

Waitomo Energy Services Customer Trust (WESCT) has announced the appointment of two new directors to the board of The Lines Company (TLC) – Mike Underhill and Doug Troon.
Underhill and Doug’s appointments replace the position vacated by Simon Fleisher, who resigned to move to Canberra for a work opportunity; as well as filling a short-term vacancy on the board.
WESCT chair Peter Keeling said the two successful candidates for directors take up their positions on May 1.
