Councillor hits out at 'appalling' decision to close Hft Rowde
A DECISION that’s left the future of a centre that cares for people with severe learning difficulties hanging in the balance has come under fire. Pressure on Wiltshire Council and charity Hft is growing after a whirlwind few weeks for parents of residents at Furlong Close. The facility had been earmarked to close next June, after it was announced in October.
