Three panel circuit court judge, three different judges, had to review the results of the election and certify the ballot and that's when david yancy's lawyers came forward with one ballot that should have been counted but wasn't. both names were filled in but there was an "x" through simonds name. the person who voted that we don't know who that person is voted for republicans in every other race. the lawyers for david and the republican party arguing that meant that the vote should count and that would mean that would turn the race into a tie. those judges agreed. and that's where we get now...
