Cynthia, what are the issues here? how will these -- how will these folks decide whether simpson should in fact get parole? >> looking into my crystal ball, i would say that the chances are very good that o.j. simpson is going to be granted parole. there are mitigating circumstances, his age, the fact he's been a model prisoner, and the fact that this sentence was really very extreme for the crime that he was in fact convicted of. so i would say, however, as far as my predictions around o.j. simpson go, i also thought he would be convicted of the criminal trial. so take it for what it is worth...
