December 13, 2020 Delane A. Jacobs, 33, of Laurel was born Dec. 18, 1986, to Cynthia Jacobs and the late Willie Rembert in Seaford. He transitioned this life Saturday, Nov. 28, 2020. Delane started walking at 9 months old and has been going ever since. He attended the Seaford and Laurel school districts, and from there he went to live with his grandmother Gearldine Morris in Selbyville back in Polly Branch.
