It's a perspective like few others: A first-person drone pilot's view of a tiny micro-drone racing through a C-124 Globemaster and assorted glowing obstacles at 25 mph or faster under the roof of the world's largest military aviation museum.

National Museum of the U.S. Air Force visitors will have the opportunity to see fast flying micro machines as 20 pilots maneuver their drones over, under, around and through the C-124 and F-82 aircraft during the museum’s second annual micro drone race on Feb. 20.

Please note the museum’s parking lot is undergoing construction and repaving through the end of April. There should be minimal disruption to visitors. In addition, Springfield Street, the road that leads to the museum’s entrance, is undergoing construction through the beginning of September. Expect lane reductions and some delays. Please follow the signs and instructions provided by the road crews.
