New look at Wellsville village hall harkens back to downtown's history Wellsville Daily Reporter WELLSVILLE — The Village of Wellsville's "new" home at 23 North Main now feels a little more like the old Municipal Building.  Village clerk Wendy Seely spent a recent Saturday afternoon sprucing up the village hall with historic photos of downtown Wellsville from decades and centuries past.
