After thousands of farmers moved towards Delhi, in the wake of the 'Delhi Chalo' march on Tuesday, the 'kisan andolan' march was reportedly halted for a night on Tuesday by the farmers and resumed on Wednesday morning at 9 AM. Mobile internet services, bulk SMS, and dongle services will remain suspended in seven districts of Haryana for an additional 48 hours until midnight on February 15 due to the 'Dilli Chalo' protest by farmers' organizations.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi spoke with an injured farmer who was involved in the clash between farmers and police at the Shambhu border near Ambala. Gandhi expressed support for the farmer and condemned the police action. Farmer leaders claim that 60 protesters were injured in the clash.

Traffic was disrupted at the Singhu and Tikri borders between Delhi and Haryana as police set up barricades to prevent vehicles from crossing, ahead of a farmers' march to Delhi. While these borders were closed, regulated traffic continued at the Ghazipur border. Heavy security was seen at the Apsara and Ghazipur borders with Uttar Pradesh. The farmers are demanding a law on minimum support price and are marching to Delhi after an inconclusive meeting with Union ministers.
