Our Correspondent Diphu, July 18 (EMN): The Assam University Diphu Campus (AUDC) on Monday celebrated its 16th foundation day at Open Air Auditorium, AUDC campus, 8 km Lumding Road on Monday. Participating in the celebration, the Chief Executive Member (CEM) of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC), Tuliram Ronghang announced to allot another 3000 bighas for expansion of the campus. CEM said, “Before the AUDC was set-up several unfortunate students due to financial burden in the family could not continue their higher studies. But 15 years back when the AUDC was set-up many students got the opportunity to complete their masters degrees and research.” “The KAAC is continuously working hard to convert the AUDC into a full-fledged University.
