Olivia Giaccio and Alli Macuga battled in the round of 16, pushing each other to ski faster and having fun in the process. The women motivate each other on and off the snow, cheering each other on even when skiing side by side.
In lieu of flowers, Jane asked that donations be made to the Railroad Street Youth Project or The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. A memorial for Jane will be held from 12 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, December 17, in the Upper Lodge at Ski Butternut.
