ComEd's 'Tools of the Trade' program offers job insight to students
ROCKFORD — Instead of students paying for school, utility giant ComEd is going to pay them to learn about jobs in the energy industry. Young adults ages 17 to 19 can earn as much as $700 for attending a six-week virtual Tools of the Trade class, which is returning to the Rockford area this summer after a year off because of the pandemic.
