About 50 people gathered on the afternoon of Tuesday, Oct. 12, to mark the official opening of the Multi-Tenant Building, called MT1. And that facility, an 18,000-square-foot building, already has been fully leased.
The tenants will occupy the entirety of the 18,000-square-foot Multi-Tenant Building 1, called MT1. A new multi-tenant building is in the works.
