Students and pedestrians anticipate safe crossings
Bangalore Mirror published a story, ‘The Slipper Contractor,’ on December 2, 2022, narrating the disappearance of a contractor who went missing after cutting open the sidewalk for the construction of a skywalk. The dug-up stretch on the footpath caused several problems for students waiting at the adjacent bus shelter, affecting their ability to board Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) buses heading towards Sivananda Circle and other areas.
