The director of the University of Arizona Museum of Art, he had contributed a deadpan fantasy of a museum in chaos. The Batesville Area Arts Council is pleased to present the 2021 Small Works on Paper, an annual touring visual arts exhibition coordinated by the Arkansas Arts Council, a division of the Department of Arkansas Heritage, which showcases the work of Arkansas artists.
