Recovery. release the breath in a smooth, even stream out. okay, so let s go into our meditation practice. meditation is scary sometimes. sometimes when you go, go to bad places in your head. i will be at your side should anything challenging come up for you. that s a healing process, because you re not bottling up, it s going to a different section of your mind to where you can start processing it. so, feel yourself there in your safe place. and remember that you can return to this place at any time during the meditation. let go of thinking, drop back in awareness and notice how a thought might show up, seemingly out of nowhere. or an image may show up and then disappear. and feel yourself observing all these constantly changing ....
