Dogs will soon no longer be allowed to roam freely on a popular walking track that meanders out into the Marlborough Sounds. The most scenic parts of Picton’s Victoria Domain will, from August 1, be “on-leash”, with dog walkers wondering if the tighter restrictions are necessary.
