The Wheeling Social Security office soon will be found at a new location. The office will open Monday, April 12, at 1231 Warwood Ave. in Wheeling, ending its tenure at its current home, 123 16th St., at the close of business Friday, April 9. Offices currently are not able to accept in-person visitors, except by appointment for certain situations, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
