Would call reverse chronology, basically who posted ten seconds ago, and who posted two minutes ago, than five minutes ago. because that just sets up a feed where it is not sorting by outrage. it does create some other incentives though, which is if i was russia, and i would want to manipulate the u.s., i would just post as often as possible into certain areas. so it creates a different incentive for who pulls the most often. so they would need to pose different. things it is also important to note that you have to do this across all the platforms. because if facebook does chronological rankin...
