Tokyo Gas Completes Ibaraki Line
Japanese utility Tokyo Gas has completed construction on a 92.6-km gas pipeline called Ibaraki Line between Hitachi and Kamisu in Ibaraki Prefecture and launched gas flow at the start of this month, it said on March 11.  
Tokyo Gas has also completed a 230,000-m
3 second tank at the Hitachi LNG terminal at Hitachi and began its commercial operation on March 10. Work on the pipeline began in April 2017 while work on the tank started in April 2018.   ....
