LAUNCH PARTY
Maybe it was not a party, technically, but there was still loads of fun to be had when members of Bethlehem Cub Scout Pack 459 gathered on Saturday, May 15, at Waldron Field for a model rocket launch. The young scouts were each able to fire off the rockets they constructed from kits multiple times, as they gently descended back to the field after each launch with the assistance of built-in parachutes. Taking part in the event were (seated, from left) Mal Tyger, Sofia Hirleman, Liam Hurley, Finn Hurley and (standing) Brody Tyger and Simon McLeran. More in Community News. (OâBrien photo)
