City of St. Augustine accepting e-waste, used oil Jan. 6 From Staff Reports The City of St. Augustine and St. Johns County Utilities will hold a free recycling event from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Jan. 6 at two locations: 25 W. Castillo Drive (Francis Field downtown) and at 840 W. 16th St. on Anastasia Island. Old electronics, including cellphones, VCRs, DVD players, game systems and tablets, will be among the recyclable items.
