KATHMANDU, April 20: The talks held between the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD) and the Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) on Wednesday to resume collecting garbage from Singha Durbar, Prime Minister’s Baluwatar residence and the Presidential residence ended without any conclusion.
