A developer is planning a gas station, car wash and convenience store along with an electric vehicle showroom and service station on an undeveloped site at 751 Russell Road, Newington. The application, submitted to the town Sept. 14 by Kevin Solli and Solli Engineering, calls for development of the nearly 9-acre site in the Business-Berlin Turnpike Zoning District. The gas station will have 12 stations for fueling and eight for electric vehicle charging, along with a car wash.
