GP Transco Announces a Base Pay Increase to Company CDL Drivers
Smart-Trucking s Best Trucking Company To Work For in 2021 has increased the base pay of their W2 solo company drivers to 60 cents per mile (cpm), with expected pay being 66 cpm when considering accessorial pay. Team drivers now earn a base of 75 cpm, with an expected pay of nearly 80 cpm.

JOLIET, Ill., April 21, 2021 /PRNewswire/ GP Transco, a trucking company out of Joliet, IL announced this week a major base pay increase for company drivers. Previously, company driver base pay was 52 cpm for W2 company drivers, with the ability to earn more through a performance-based profit sharing program. Starting today, GP Transco s company driver base pay is increased to 60 cpm, and 58 cpm for drivers who opt out of having an optional driver-facing camera; profit-sharing will no longer determine the total driver pay. Linehaul Solo Company Drivers to See 25 Percent Pay Increase
(DALLAS, Texas) NEWS: Frozen Food Express (FFE), the largest nationwide, asset-based temperature-controlled LTL carrier in the United States, is poised to pass along a substantial linehaul company driver pay increase in early January.
