A suspect is expected to survive after being shot during a domestic dispute in Ponca City. Phillip Fowler, 37, is accused of stabbing his wife’s son, attacking him with a baseball bat and tying his wife up against her will. It happened January 30 at the Highlander Apartments located near North Waverly Street and West Highlander Avenue in Ponca City. The suspect’s wife told police she believed Fowler was using methamphetamines again which makes him paranoid.
