SouthEast Development Group released renderings Wednesday showing how it wants to restore the historic Laura Street Trio as part of a redevelopment that also would feature new construction for a boutique hotel, restaurants and bars on a corner that's blighted now by abandoned buildings. Laura Street Trio developer SouthEast Development Group LLC released its latest designs for a two-phase redevelopment of the Downtown property.
