Hello, recently we ve been seeing the more turbulent side to autumn. multiple areas of low pressure bringing heavy rain and strong winds. but in the week ahead, as we move into meteorological winter, things will turn drier, the winds will be lighter, but that could bring some issues with fog. it will also start to turn colder as well. this is how we start the new week. the weekend s frontal system finally clearing away from east anglia and south east england. this feature here generating some showers through parts of north west england. they should fade here during the day. but likely to see some showers through wales, south west england, southern coastal counties, the channel islands. also some fog likely to linger across parts of north east england. but for many, monday should be a dry and fairly sunny day with lighter winds. temperatures down compared to the weekend. generally 8 12 c. could see 13 in places, for some southern coastal counties and the channel islands. so, on into tue ....
