CHED OKs limited face-to-face classes in 13 HEIs in Region 12

KORONADAL CITY, South Cotabato, June 3 (PIA)-- Thirteen higher education institutions (HEIs) offering health-related programs in Region XII have been granted authority by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to conduct limited face-to-face classes for the Academic Year 2021 - 2022.
The Commission, through the CHED Regional Office XII, has approved the applications of some HEIs in the Region to conduct limited face-to-face classes for the new school year during the pandemic, after a series of ocular visits to assess their compliance to requirements under the Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) No. 2021 - 001 of CHED and the Department of Health (DOH) on the "Guidelines on the Gradual Reopening of Campuses of Higher Education Institutions for Limited Face-to-Face Classes during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
