Spaceship has tapped a former ASIC and APRA operative to be its new chief risk officer.
Following on from the news that it would now be home to Spaceship Super, OneSuper will further bolster its funds under management through the transfer of another sub-plan, home to several super products.
MSC is buying the business after nearly two years of negotiations with current owners – New Yorker Teddy Wasserman’s CloverHill Capital and Aussie banker Matthew Kibble.
Spaceship Super will no longer waive administration fees for members with less than $6000 in their account.
Bouncing back from regulatory action last month, Spaceship has secured additional funding from two major shareholders towards new offerings and the expansion of its existing operations.
