19 Tipperary Organisations Benefit From â¬10 Million Covid-19 Stability Fund Joe O Brien, Minister of State for Community Development and Charities (Green Party) Minister Joe OâBrien has announced the distribution of an additional â¬10 million funding allocated to the COVID-19 Stability Fund. The funding was intended for organisations in danger of imminent closure, due to a reduction in funds-raised or traded income because of COVID-19 restrictions. Tipperary recipients in this round of top up funding, amounting to over â¬220,000 are as follows: North Tipperary Hospice Movement – â¬58,403 Cappawhite Community Council – â¬44,582 South Eastern Mountain Rescue Association – â¬23,688 Cashel & District Social Services Company – â¬12,626 Kplan Community Centre – â¬11,086 Irish Children’s Arthritis Network – â¬10,214 ....
