HOOKS, Texas -- Officials of TexAmericas Center are already fielding inquiries for the latest space they have for business clients, "The Spec Building," as it has become known. The building, featuring 150,000 square feet of space for clients, broke ground in November of 2020. TexAmericas Center officially took possession of the property in September, and officials are now actively marketing the space.
