MADISON, Wis. — An event geared toward teaching kids how to ride on two wheels pedaled back into Madison on Sunday, with new programming. “Learn 2 Ride,” hosted by Madison School & Community Recreation gives families easy ways to help their children transition from training wheels to two-wheeled bikes. This year, organizers introduced Special Accommodations classes, meant to benefit kids with disabilities.
