Kochra Realty, a real estate developer, has taken over a Rs 700-crore stalled residential project in Mumbai's Dahisar suburb. The company plans to revive the project and aims to deliver it by early 2025. Kochra Realty will deliver 384 apartments by the end of this year, with the remaining units to be completed by early 2025.

"The RBI representative present in the meeting has assured that the banking regulator will consider the special dispensation, and they are considering it. It's likely to inform (the panel) about its decision soon," he added.
