They don't say anything speckly abo -- specifically about the managers in the impeachment. it just says the chief justice will be charge if the president is the defendant. i think they are making a mistake in not sending it over. if they wanted to do a censured resolution, they could have done that. it would have been a lot simpler. but now the impeachment course has left the house barn. it's in the senate corral. >> this could be music to the president's ears. you say it's a novel argument. but the president and his advisers must be saying, this is the guy democrats brought forward to testify...
