The Jordan Company inks acquisition of Spectrio
Dec. 28, 2020 The Jordan Company L.P. has inked its acquisition of Spectrio Llc., a provider of content management solutions for digital signage. As part of the agreement, Spectrio's existing management team Bertram Capital Management LLC. Will hold a minority equity stake in the business and CEO Dax Brady-Sheehan will continue to lead the company, according to a press release.
