Secretary of transportation, or representatives, next tuesday, to discuss this and what we can do to change the system. there seems to be a law which says you can't do this. however, you just can't do this if you let everyone know that it's going to happen. so it doesn't really help you when something happens because they put something on the website that says, sorry, we can't do anything for you and you are just stuck. so somewhere in here we've got to reach a middle path and it's too late for the poor people that got stuck in this current spirit problem. hopefully, in the future it will work...
