BINS costing more than £30k are going to be installed along a popular seafront to help tackle litter problems.
He had been seen in the nearby Bar10 club shortly before the offence took place. Detective Constable Charlotte Dawson of the West Sussex Safeguarding Investigations Unit said: "This is an isolated incident for the area. "If you know this man, or if you were in that area of Worthing beach early on Sunday morning and saw anything that could help our investigation, please contact us either online or by calling 101, quoting Operation Tile."
