See if there's any substance to potentially filing charges against the driver. it will turn on two things when a grand jury investigates the case. it will turn on the reasonableness of the conduct of the driver. number two, the imminence of the threat. did that driver act as a reasonable person would under similar circumstances who felt, did he have a reasonable fear and belief that he needed to protect himself by using deadly force to get out of there. if the answer to that question is yes, he'll be exonerated. if the answer is no, there will be charges forth coming >> i've made a big deal ab...
