Cloud was reported south of vacaville. You see those lightning strikes this afternoon, the thunderstorm erupted. It was confirmed by the Weather Service in sacramento that it did happen south of vacaville. Obviously, it did not touch down. It was not a tornado, but a funnel cloud, which is why they did not see any damage in that area right now around orinda highway 24, we are tracking street level radar and that is showing showers.
